NFL Draft: 5 best prop bets to place on round 1

The NFL Draft is now just hours away and the betting markets have been extremely volatile. We’ve seen things like Will Levis go from +2500 to +400 in the ‘first overall pick’ market, and plenty of other huge surges and drops along the way. But where should you place your money tonight?

There is an abundance of things to bet on during tonight’s action. Here is a list of just some of the props available to bettors.

NFL Draft: Best prop bets

C.J Stroud to be drafted by the Houston Texans

All of the recent noise coming out of Houston would suggest that the Texans are happy to either take Will Anderson at #2, or trade down to accumulate capital for next year and risk waiting for a QB at #12. I think this is a smoke screen. There’s no way Houston is that inept.

You can get C.J Stroud at +300, Will Levis at +750, and Bryce Young at +1500 if you want to bet on an individual quarterback to be drafted with the second overall pick and depending how risky you want to play it.

Bijan Robinson draft position: Under 12.5 -240

It’s not a sexy pick, but you can’t go broke making money. I think the Falcons are in a prime spot to take Bijan Robinson at 8. If they don’t, we all know that the Philadelphia Eagles will be lurking at 10 and there are a flurry of teams behind them who would love to snag the game-changing running back. This is probably as safe a bet as you’ll find.

Peter Skoronski to be drafted inside the top-10: +110

If the Chicago Bears don’t take him, there is a very good chance that the Eagles will (provided that they haven’t traded up already). I can’t see the Northwestern product sliding out of the top-10.

Dalton Kincaid NFL draft position: Over 24.5 +240

I feel like there is going to be a few key runs in this first round. Quarterbacks, EDGE, offensive linemen, and corners. This will force teams to move up to snag their guys and likely push the tight end spot down to 25 and below. Even if it doesn’t, is he going to be the first off the board? Michael Mayer and Darnell Washington could both spring some surprises on Thursday evening.
