2018 Penn state commit Jordan Miner is one of the most underrated prospects in the country. He is a 6-1, 179 lbs 4-star shutdown cornerback with great athleticism. He plays for Wiregrass Ranch high school in Tampa, Florida and is the type of corner that I rate a high 4 star and can be an all-American at the next level. Last season he totaled 38 tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss, 3 interceptions and 12 pass defenses plus a blocked field goal. He also showed great explosion as a kick returner averaging 33.4 yards per kickoff return and 1 touchdown. Penn state has a great addition to their secondary for the future I had a one on one with him about his recent visit to happy valley.
