Carson Wentz named NFL rookie of the week for third time in four weeks

The accolades continue to roll in for Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz, who has been named NFL Rookie Of The Week for the third time this season.

Completing 75.8% of his passes and throwing for 238 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception, Wentz shined against the Detroit Lions and rallied his team from a large deficit to put them back in contention.

The performance was largely overshadowed by other storylines, but was perhaps his most impressive yet..so to see Wentz named NFL Rookie of the Week is fantastic.
