Connor Barwin’s contract restructured

The man behind #barwinning Linebacker Connor Barwin, who led the NFC in sacks last year with 14½ sacks, has reportedly restructured his contract, rewarding him for his sensational 2014 season.

Whilst the team is yet to make an official announcement, Barwin thanked the team on his Twitter with a photo of him looking as if he’s just signed a contract with the quote “I’m not going anywhere!

Barwin signed a six-year deal with the Eagles back in free agency of 2012 worth an average of $6 million annually. The extension however will not lower his cap but instead reward the Prow Bowler for his work last season.
