The world just can’t get enough of the Philadelphia Eagles right now. With 5 primetime games already in the rear-view mirror, it was announced on Thursday that ESPN would be flexing the week 15 clash between the Eagles and Seahawks to Monday Night Football.

Eagles vs Seahawks is now PRIMETIME viewing

This does have the potential to be a huge game as far as playoff seeding goes. The Seahawks go into this week’s clash against the Cowboys 2 games back of the Niners. The Eagles, who play in the same division as Dallas, are facing the 49ers. A win for Seattle and a loss for San Francisco would make this a huge matchup for the Seahawks, who would have a chance to build some huge momentum and push themselves into contention for the NFC West crown.

For the Eagles, if they can get past the San Francisco 49ers, they’ll have a chance to really stretch their legs in the NFC East. Having already beaten the Cowboys, Dolphins, Chiefs, and Bills, the Birds are undoubtedly the NFL’s top dogs no matter what the outcome of this game is, giving us an intense affair between Philly and Seattle in what is now a primetime setting.

This is the sixth time that Philadelphia will be on primetime this season – a season record. When the Eagles play, the world watches. Their win over the Bills drew over 30 million views on thanksgiving weekend, a marked increase of 32% over last year’s CBS game.

It’s rare to see a team spotlighted as much as the 2023 Philadelphia Eagles, who will also be featured on primetime when they face Dallas next week. But it’s reflective of just how exciting this football team is to watch right now.
