Vikings vs Chargers promises to be one of the most exciting matchups of the week. Both of these teams have started the season sluggishly and will be keen to get their first win of the 2023 campaign. Playoffs should be the target for both, but an 0-3 start for one would put a serious dent in that target.

Kirk Cousins OVER 291 passing yards -110
The Chargers pass defense has been atrocious to start the year. They’ve given up the most passing yards of any team through two weeks of football and the scary part is that Ryan Tannehill accounted for 246 of them.

The Chargers now travel to Minnesota, where Kirk Cousins, Justin Jefferson, and T.J Hockenson are waiting. Yikes.
This could be an explosive day at the office for Kirk Cousins.
Alex Mattison UNDER 51.5 rushing yards -105
I backed Mattison to flop against the Eagles and he did just that. He isn’t Dalvin Cook, nor will he ever be, and the Vikings offensive line is still woeful.
As bad as the pass defense has been for LA, the Chargers only gave up 80 yards to Derrick Henry and held the Dolphins running backs to a fairly quiet day at the office.
As long as this line doesn’t drop to 45, I’ll continue to play it until Alex Mattison can buck the trend.

Cameron Dicker OVER 1.5 field goals -110
This is the second game I plan on backing a kicker prop and for good reason. The Chargers are without Austin Ekeler and the team was already bad in the red zone beforehand, scoring a touchdown on just 60% of drives inside the 20.
The Vikings defense is tough, but their weakness has been against the run, where the Chargers are now down to backups. This is bound to leas to a few long field goal attempts, and ‘Dicker the Kicker’ has been great during his time with the Chargers.
Dicker scored 3 field goals last week and it wouldn’t surprise me to see another hat-trick on Sunday.
T.J Hockenson OVER 5.5 targets
Hockenson has been a GREAT addition to the Vikings offense and it hasn’t taken him long to make an impact. He’s second only to Justin Jefferson in team targets with 17 on the season (an average of 8.5 per game).
In what’s expected to be a shootout, we can expect a lot of air traffic in the direction of the former Detroit Lion.
Mike Williams OVER 4.5 receptions
Keenan Allen is obviously the heart and soul of this wideout group, but with a limited run game, Justin Herbert is going to be airing it out early and often.
Funnily enough, both players have been targeted 18 times through 2 weeks, giving us some great value on this Mike Williams prop.
