As the Eagles and Dolphins began their joint practices yesterday it seems as if several Miami players have caught a stomach bug which has forced them to cancel the joint practice for Thursday.

Fortunately, this won’t stop the Eagles as it’s been reported by Jimmy Kempski that the team will practice by themselves at the Dolphins’ facilities.

The Eagles are coming off of a day where they witnessed how good their offensive arsenal can be. Brown, Pascal, Hightower, Watkins, Goedert, and Smith all put the Dolphins’ secondary on notice as they blew past them while making terrific catches.

We don’t have any official word on how this will affect tomorrow’s practice or the game on Saturday but one would think that the NFL would not allow a cancellation unless it was completely necessary. In other words, this stomach bug would have to be associated with COVID for the teams to not compete in their preseason finale.
