The Eagles continue to overhaul their personnel department. It’s now confirmed that the team will be adding Jeremy Gray as their new Assistant Director of Pro Scouting.

Gray spent the past year in Arizona as their Coordinator of College Scouting. He’ll be making his return to the NFL where he once was a Pro Personnel Scout for Minnesota.

The team has been losing several key members this offseason. We have seen their former VP of Football Operations, Catherine Raiche, leave to join Andrew Berry in Cleveland, along with the firing of Casey Weidl. Ian Cunningham and Brandon Brown were the most notable losses sustained by the scouting department earlier in the year. In total, seven front office members have departed Philadelphia this offseason.

The team doesn’t seem to be done yet as they wait to see what the future holds for Andy Weidl who is still in the running for the vacant GM position in Pittsburgh.

The good news is that the Eagles are wasting no time in finding new talent to bring in and thus, their impressive offseason continues.
