The Eagles have officially announced that the following players will be inactive in tonight’s clash with the Green Bay Packers.

Ryan Mathews is out with an injury, while wide receiver Nelson Agholor has been made a healthy scratch for the first time in his career. The move comes as a surprise to many as it was expected that Agholor would see a minimized role after a tough game against Seattle. Instead, Paul Turner will make his first career start as the Eagles fourth wide receiver.

Offensive Lineman Brandon Brooks was hospitalized with an illness earlier today, making him a surprise scratch. That also means that rookie Isaac Seumalo will get his first NFL start, filling in at right guard.

Halapoulivaati Vaitai is out with an injury which means the starting O-Line would most likely look like this:

Jason Peters
Stefen Wisniewski
Jason Kelce
Isaac Seumalo
Allen Barbre

Darren Sproles has seemingly taken the running back reins for now and that could be purely down to the now rocky O-Line that faces a tough test..but that could all be subject to change.

This has been the most surprising list of inactives all season, but just how much it will impact the Eagles remains to be seen.
