Eagles sign TE Marcel Jensen to practice squad

The Eagles announced today that they have filled the final spot on their practice squad, signing Tight end Marcel Jensen.

26-year old Jensen went undrafted in 2014 before being signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars, whom he went on to catch one regular-season pass for. . Since then, he’s spent time with the Broncos, Bills and most recently, the Washington Redskins and Chicago Bears.

At 6’6 and 270-pounds, Jensen had a strong preseason last year with the Broncos, recording three receptions for 48 yards.

The Fresno State product played in 38 games at the Collegiate level, starting 18 of them. Recording 26 receptions for 353 yards and 3 touchdowns in his senior year, Jensen was named a second-team All-Mountain West.
