In his first year of being eligible for the Pro Football Hall Of Fame, one of the greatest running backs the Philadelphia Eagles have ever seen, Brian Westbrook has been named a 2016 nominee.
It was announced earlier this year that Westbrook would be inducted into the Eagles’ Hall Of Fame when the team play the Giants on October 19th…make that two for two!
Westbrook spent nine years with the Eagles and ended his career with the third most rushing yards in team history at 5,995 and also had 37 touchdowns to his name. A product of Villanova, Westbrook defines bleeding green and was adored by fans.
