That’s right…the Rais M’bohli curse has finally been lifted. The former Union goalkeeper had been on trial with Bolton Wanderers but has now found his new home in the Turkish Süper Lig. The guys at Philly Soccer Page reported that Union sources have confirmed that M’bohli will be moving to Antalyaspor.
Union fans had been hugely concerned all summer long that the Union would be unable to shift the keeper and that it would effect any transfer moves. All worries were put to rest once former Schalke winger Tranquillo Barnetta joined the side. The Union have finally gotten rid of a player who was draining their salary cap whilst also trading away Williams. The Union’s financial situation seemingly looks a lot better than it did last year and overall the squad looks much more complete.
Whilst un-official as of yet, reliable sources have tweeted about the move, with paperwork still being signed to seal the deal.
I can confirm that Rais Mbolhi is no longer a Union player. He's headed to Turkey.

With Rais and Valdes now gone, the Union are expected to have close to $750k in salary cap space for the winter transfer window.
M’bolhi was also linked with Antalyaspor earlier in the year but nothing came of the move. It’s expected that he will sit in behind the ageing 32 year old Sašo Fornezzi who moved to the team for a transfer fee of £1.4m but has already allowed three goals in two games.
