Hungary

Daniel Gazdag was named to the 26-man roster for Hungary for the Euros in Germany and will be taking part in the tournament from June 14th to July 14th. Gazdag did not feature in the match but will be looking to do so in the other friendly. The friendly on June 8th will be against Tai Baribo’s Israel at noon EST. Venezuela

Jose Martinez will be joining the Venezuelan National Team for a training camp in Florida as they prepare for the Copa América. They do not have any friendlies in preparation for the tournament, so their next match will be the first one in the tournament.

When it comes to their schedule, Venezuela’s schedule goes as follows: Ecuador on June 22nd at 6:00 PM EST, Mexico on June 26th at 9:00 PM EST, and Jamaica on June 30th at 8:00 PM EST.

Bolivia

Jamir Berdecio will be the representative for the Union when it comes to the Bolivian National Team. The 21-year-old is in his first season with Philly and is mainly playing for Union II, where he has started just about every match with the club. Berdecio will be with the Bolivian National Team for three friendly matches before the Copa América, as he will look for his first senior cap with Bolivia.

The youngster would get his first cap in the first friendly against Mexico, as he would come on in the 76th minute against Mexico in a 1-0 loss. The other two matches for Bolivia will be against Ecuador on June 12th at 8:30 PM EST and Colombia on June 15th at 5:00 PM EST.

Jamaica

Due to the injury to Andre Blake, Damion Lowe was the lone player from the Union who traveled to play with the Jamaican National Team. Before the Copa América begins, Jamaica will have two World Cup qualifiers against the Dominican Republic and Dominica. The match against the Dominican Republic will be on June 6th at 4:30 PM EST, and the match against Dominica will be at 3:00 PM EST on June 9th.

After the World Cup qualifiers, Jamaica will begin their quest to win their first ever Copa América, as they open up against Mexico on June 22nd at 9:00 PM EST. Their second match will be against Ecuador on June 26th at 6:00 PM EST, and their third match will be against Jose Martinez and Venezuela on June 30th at 8:00 PM EST.

United States

Four players from the Union side received a call-up to the United States Men’s National Team, but none of them received a call-up to the senior team. Jack McGlynn and Nate Harriel joined the U-23 USMNT, while David Vazquez and CJ Olney joined the U-19 USMNT. Jack McGlynn and Nate Harriel will face off against Japan on June 11th at 8:00 PM EST, as the U-23 USMNT squad plays their final match before the official roster for the 2024 Olympic Games is released.

As stated prior, David Vazquez and CJ Olney joined the U-19 USMNT squad for training camp in South America. The U-19 squad will face off against Argentina on June 7th and Uruguay on June 11th. This camp will also mark the final camp before the final roster is selected for the 2024 Concacaf U-20 Championship.

All in all, it is looking to be an exciting time for Philly and its supporters, as multiple players are looking to represent their country on the international stage. There is a chance that one of the players could come home winning a trophy, but we will see how things happen.
