NBA Odds: The Philadelphia 76ers have caught fire at just the right time. The return of Joel Embiid has injected a new lease of life into the team and the Sixers have now gone 8 games unbeaten, pushing them right back into the thick of the playoff race and only narrowly missing out on a guaranteed spot. Instead, the team will face the Heat in the first round of the Play-In Tournament.
A clash with the Miami Heat is enticing on paper, and the Sixers were able to win their last encounter 109-105 in a game that sparked a very late run for Philadelphia.
What are their odds of winning all this postseason?

76ers to win the 2023-24 NBA Championship: +1900
After a red-hot start to the season, the train was promptly halted. The Sixers lost Joel Embiid to what many feared to be a season-ending injury, and tha was only the start of their woes. A depleted lineup struggled through the bulk of the season until the end of March when things finally started to fall back into place. Joel Embiid’s return was the ultimate catalyst in getting the show back on the road, and they go into Wednesday’s Play-In clash as the NBA’s hottest team.
There is something to be said for Daryl Morey’s aggressiveness at the deadline. The GM added some significant reinforcements to the team and now the Sixers are well-poised to make a deep playoff run if they can stay healthy and keep build on a run of form that is only going to give them more condfidence.
While they did narrowly miss out on the playoffs, they still have two chances to get in. Even if they lose to the Heat on Wednesday, the 76ers will face the winner of the 9th/10th seed game between the Bulls and Hawks. If they win, they’ll face the 2nd-seeded Knicks in the first round.
Nick Nurse has a 23-19 record in the postseason and that of course includes winning the 2019 NBA Championship. With all the pieces of a miracle run on the board, is he the Coach to fit them all together?
A $100 wager on the 76ers to win it all next season would net a return of $2,000, but the odds may not be that steep if they get past the Heat comfortably on Wednesday, so betting them now is a way to lock in this price.

A great exmample of taking advantage of high prices is Joel Embiid. The Big-man was tied with Luka Doncic at +500 before the beginning of last season in MVP Odds. A heroic surge late in the proceedings pushed him over the edge, with his betting odds collapsing in the process before he ultimately won the coveted award.
The good news is that you can take advantage of this price by using a sign-up offer, like the one below, and bag yourself some bonus bets on the Sixers to win it all.
