The 11-win Philadelphia Eagles are preparing for a clash against the New York Giants this weekend. While the road to this point has been bumpy at times, there has been no shortage of Pro Bowl-level performances this season. As a result, 6 Eagles players have been named to the 2024 Pro Bowl.
Lane Johnson
Lane Johnson has been named a Pro Bowler for the fifth time in his career. He was also nominated for the Walter Payton Man Of the Year Ward.
Jason Kelce
One of the best to ever do it, Jason Kelce has been named to a Pro Bowl for the seventh time. He joins an elite group of Eagles legends to have earned 7+ trips to the Pro Bowl, including Brian Dawkins and Reggie White.
Kelce has been given the nod in five consecutive seasons.
Landon Dickerson
This might be the most impressive of all Eagles selections. Landon Dickerson has become a key cog in the Eagles’ offensive front since taking over as the starting left guard back in 2021, and has now been given a Pro Bowl nod for the second year in a row.
Dickerson is so young in his development but has already entrenched himself as one of the very best in the NFL.
Haason Reddick
Haason Reddick’s arrival in Philadelphia was a special one. The hometown hero made an instant impact on Eagles fans, helping propel the defense to a Super Bowl berth.
He leads the Eagles in sacks (11) this season as well as a career-high 70 QB pressures.
Reddick is always a threat to opposing quarterbacks and has come up with some huge plays this season, as he has every year since he first step foot in the NFL.
D’Andre Swift
Another Philadelphia native, D’Andre Swift’s career up to this past offseason had been one of near-misses. He was almost ‘the guy’ so many times before injuries would derail his promising campaigns.
That all changed when the Eagles traded for him during the 2023 NFL Draft. Since then, he’s put up 1,049 yards, crossing the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his career, spearheading an Eagles rushing offense to a playoff berth.
A.J Brown
There was never really be any doubt over A.J Brown’s presence in the Pro Bowl. After breaking an NFL record six-straight games of 125+ receiving yards, Brown has gone on to dominate all year long.
The Eagles wideout is on track to break the franchise single-season receiving record having already broken the franchise record for most WR receptions in a single season.
Congratulations to these six superstars, go birds!
