The Philadelphia Eagles are now 10-4 after a disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Eagles had the best record in the entire league just a few short weeks ago, but that honor now belongs to the 49ers and a myriad of teams have joined the Eagles at 10-4. After 3 consecutive losses, some worry that the shine is starting to wear off. What has that done to their Super Bowl odds?

The Eagles might not have been at their best over the last few weeks, but the road to the NFC East crown is still very clear. Their schedule consists of 2 games against the Giants and one against the Cardinals. The Cowboys, meanwhile, have to take on the Dolphins and Lions having lost to the Bills this past week. It’s Philly’s division to lose.

The same can kind of be said for the #1 seed. The 49ers occupy that spot right now, but they do have to face the Ravens and Rams. There’s a chance they drop the Baltimore game at least, potentially giving the Eagles a chance to reclaim their throne.

There is every reason to believe that the Eagles will keep bounce back from this slump in time for the postseason and that is a scary thought. If you’re bullish on another Eagles Super Bowl run, there may be no better time to bet them than right now.
