Yes, he’s less than 100% and yes, he’s sharing snaps with Dalvin Cook. But this is a running back who passed this total in 6 out of 7 games played as a rookie. Hall is a game-changing running back and it won’t take much for him to hit 40+ yards on Monday night, not with that offensive line in front of him.
