After a week of uncertainty, the Eagles have officially declared Jalen Hurts as questionable for this weekend’s regular-season finale.

Eagles make a decision on Jalen Hurts (kind of)

We’re no closer to an answer as to whether or not Jalen Hurts will play this weekend. The Eagles have been very careful about how they approach the situation, even going as far as to run back the ‘trending in the right direction’ catchphrase coined by Doug Pederson.

Gardner Minshew appeared to reportedly let slip that Jalen Hurts would be starting, although we shouldn’t really take this as a guarantee.

Fans will have their fingers crossed that the MVP candidate will be healthy enough to guide the Eagles to a comfortable win, securing them the #1 seed and homefield advantage in the playoffs during the process.

Avonte Maddox and Josh Sweat are also going to be out this week, which doesn’t exactly bode well for a defense already missing Chauncey Gardner-Johnson. Josiah Scott will likely take slot reps, while Robert Quinn’s return will lift some of the pressure from the shoulders of Brandon Graham, who has been exceptional this season.
