NFL Coach of the Year Odds: How does Nick Sirianni fare after week 13?
Nick Sirianni’s Philadelphia Eagles stormed past the Tennessee Titans last night in what may well have been the most complete showing of the season. Despite some sloppy penalties, the Eagles offense rallied to an explosive victory on the back of some more Jalen Hurts heroics. With A.J Brown decimating his former team and the defense making Derrick Henry look like Donnel Pumphrey, this was probably the most impressive Eagles win of the season so far, and has only pushed Nick Sirianni further ahead in the NFL Coach of the Year race.

NFL Coach of the Year Odds: Nick Sirianni is a clear favorite
Unlike the 2022 NFL MVP Award, this is pretty much a one-Horse race. It’s hard to imagine the Minnesota Vikings will put together a better closing chapter to the season than the Philadelphia Eagles, especially when they have to play the Lions, Giants, and Packers before the year ends. The team not only has a top-ranked offense, but a defense that also ranks in the upper echelon of the NFL, and a quarterback that has come on leaps and bounds and is now lightyears ahead of where most expected him to be.
Sirianni’s ability to galvanize a locker room and bend his philosophies to the strengths of his players have been huge catalysts in Philadelphia’s seismic season. His humility to recognize weaknesses and turn playcalling duties over to his offensive coordinator have played a role just as important.
The 2022 Philadelphia Eagles are proving that week in and week out, they are indeed worthy of all the praise. A ship is only as good as its Captain, and Nick Sirianni is a master at sailing troubled seas.
