Group E is one of the most exciting of all in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Germany, Japan, Spain, and Costa Rica. The latter two of those teams are clashing on Tuesday, with Spain hoping to finally get back to their best on the grandest stage of all.

Spain vs Costa Rica betting preview
It’s been a long time since Spain were prevalent in the World Cup. They won it all in 2010, but were knocked out of the group stages in 2014 and then lost to Russia in 2018. With an infusion of younger players, they’ll be hoping to go one step further this time around.
Costa Rica will be no pushovers though. With Keylor Navas in net, this is a team with a lot of experience. Veterans such as Duarte and Celso Borges return, but the main concern here will be whether or not they can find success in the attacking third. They only scored 13 goals in 14 qualifying games and with a Spanish side now containing Laporte and Pau Torres at the back alongside a seasoned vet like Jordi Alba, it’s hard to imagine their fortunes will change much here.
Spain vs Costa Rica betting pick
It’s hard to bet against La Roja here. Instead, I’m looking to the anytime scorer selections.
Ferran Torres +149 & Alvaro Morata -115 feel like great options here. Morata bagged 3 goals in Euro 2020 while Torress had 2 of his own.
