The Phillies face off against the Braves tonight and the first pitch is set for 7:20 p.m ET. A road game for the Phils, the matchup will take place at Truist Park in Atlanta.

For those wanting to tune in from home, the game will be aired on local TV and available to stream using an MLB.tv subscription.

In tonight’s matchup, the Phillies look to keep their momentum going and push their win streak to three. On Monday night, the Phils took game one of a four-game series by a score of 7-3.

Behind a stellar, 10-strikeout night from All-Star pitcher Zack Wheeler, the Phillies were able to keep the Braves’ offense relatively quiet. On the other side of the plate, it was another high-octane showing by the Phillies’ offense. The team strung together 10 hits and seven runs in a collective effort.

Tonight, the Phillies look to remain aggressive and get a win over a Braves team that is currently breathing down their necks in the NL East.

Veteran and longtime starter Kyle Gibson (3-2, 3.98 ERA) will take the mound for Philly and square off against Max Fried (4-2, 3.31 ERA) of the Braves.

Betting Preview

Both teams have a 19-22 record but the Phillies are slight underdogs coming into tonight’s matchup. The Phillies have a better road record than they do at home, while the Braves share an identical record in both splits. After a 7-3 win last night, I’m backing the Phillies to do it again.
