According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sixers will be unable to play in tonight’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to ongoing contact tracing.

This is the first Sixers game to be postponed in light of contact tracing, despite the team being massively shorthanded after Seth Curry’s COVID-19 diagnosis left the team in a vulnerable state that led to more infections.

As for the players who tested positive today, there has been no update.

Since the loss to Brooklyn where in which Curry was diagnosed, the Sixers have played five times, dropping three games in the process. Games have been put on hold elsewhere in the NBA, but for some reason, it’s taken until now the Sixers to have been given the same treatment.

The game was supposed to be played at 7PM EST and will now be played at a later date when the team can actually field a squad big enough to compete. Stay tuned for updates!
