History

The Eagles and 49ers have faced each other 32 times in the regular season and once in the post-season. The 49ers lead the regular-season series 18-13-1 and lead the post-season series 1-0.

Eagles Predictions

The Eagles were in a must-win last week, and they tied. They are again in a must-win, so… can they win? Even without Jimmy G at QB, I think the pre-snap motions will just make #47’s head explode and there will be way too many miscommunications to keep up. Darius Slay locking down one field is nice, but the 49ers movement will make that moot. Wentz will pick on the 49ers’ bad secondary, but the 49ers offense will do just enough to keep this one locked down. 49ers win 30-21.
