History

The division rivals have a long history.  The Redskins lead the regular season series 85-79-5, while being 1-1 in the playoffs.  However, the Eagles have won the last five match ups.

Game predictions

It’s another “must win” game for the Eagles. They’re traveling into enemy territory, where tickets are selling as low as $20 on some sites, to face an extremely bad offense. This shouldn’t be a close game, but we all know the Eagles will make it that way. Look for Carson Wentz and his band of misfit toys continue their momentum towards the week 16 Cowboys showdown. Eagles win 31-21

Stat predictions

  • Wentz: 24/33 260 yards 2 touchdowns
  • Sanders 110 yards from scrimmage to break DeSean Jackson’s rookie record. Also one receiving touchdown
  • Scott: 8 rushes 47 yards 1 touchdown
  • Robert Davis: wide receiver reverse for rushing touchdown
  • Arcega-Whiteside: 3 receptions 40 yards 1 touchdown
  • Defensive line: 8 total sacks
  • LeBlanc: INT
  • (Scott touchdown AND LeBlanc INT? Liam better give me a raise)
