Philadelphia: It is a big deal when your city gets selected to host a marquee event and the city of Philadelphia is about to feel that euphoria once more.
On Thursday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Philadelphia will be selected to host the 2026 MLB All-Star Game at Citizens Bank Park.

This would be a series of firsts, the first All-Star game at Citizens Bank Park & first time that MLB All-Star game has been hosted in Philadelphia since 1996 when they played at Veteran Stadium.
The Press conference to make this announcement will be held at City Hall on April 16th.
