Less than 24 hours ago, Bryce Harper became the $330M dollar man and a hero to Philadelphia sports fans everywhere. The elite talent pledged the next 13 years of his life to the Phillies organization, but such a commitment is about a lot more than just Baseball.

It’s not surprising then, that Harper has wasted little time recruiting even more stars to the City of Brotherly Love, with former Steelers running back, Le’Veon Bell, being his first target.

Harper isn’t alone in his efforts. Lane Johnson, Cre’Von LeBlanc and Malcolm Jenkins are among those who have publicly voiced their interest in bringing Bell to Philly.

After giving Brandon Graham $40M over the next three years, it’s hard to imagine there being plenty of cap space to accommodate a back as dominant as Bell…but this is Howie Roseman, after all.
