The first in our new NFL Draft Film Room series takes a look at Alabama linebacker Rashaan Evans. A sideline-to-sideline threat, Evans was a punishing prospect under Nick Saban and a large cog in their relentless defense. But could his stock be set to soar after the combine?

The Eagles have a some big questions to answer at linebacker. With Nigel Bradham set to enter free agency and the Eagles having very little in the way of cap space, they’re left with Jordan Hicks, who despite his elite potential, has played just one full year since entering the league, the resurgent Mychal Kendricks and some special teams depth.

That group could get a lot thinner depending on how the offseason pans out so it’s safe to say that the Eagles need some extra potential at linebacker…but could Rashaan Evans be the answer to their problems?
