According to beat writers inside the Bubble, Jason Kelce angrily threw his helmet after what appeared to be an injury. The starting center did eventually return to practice and wasn’t listed on the injury report, but this is something worth noting.

Kelce has been an integral part of the Eagles offensive success this year, run-blocking like a Pro Bowler and helping Carson Wentz with management at the line of scrimmage. If the Birds were to lose Kelce to injury, it would be second-year lineman Isaac Seumalo stepping in to replace him.

This brings us to the second piece of news. Stefen Wisniewski returned to practice in a somewhat limited capacity and while Pederson is still listing him as day-to-day, there appears to be some uncertainty over whether or not he will be ready on Sunday. If Wisniewski and Kelce are both forced out of action, the offensive line would potentially look like this:

LT: Halapoulivaati Vaitai
LG: Chance Warmack
C: Isaac Seumalo
RG: Brandon Brooks
RT: Lane Johnson

It’s certainly not an ideal outlook and one the Eagles will have to be careful managing with a showdown against the Giants looming.

Elsewhere, Alshon Jeffery and Steven Means were absent due to illness and Brent Celek returned to practice after the arrival of his new child, Otto Celek.

Rodney McLeod was also a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.
