Flyers Make Qualifying Offers to Key Pieces


The Philadelphia Flyers mean business this offseason. They are out to prove the doubters wrong, as they continue to rebuild this team from the ground up. This rebuild is unlike any in years past.

In previous years the Flyers would make panic decisions, which would eventually lead to a cap disaster in future years. Today is a new day, and these are the new patient subtle Flyers.

Today the Flyers have done some in-house cleaning of their own. They have resigned these Restricted free agents before the 5 pm deadline: Taylor Leier, Mike Vecchione, Anthony Stolarz, Scott Laughton, and Alex Lyon. Here is a break down of their new deals.
