If your Heart is still racing after the Alshon Jeffery news, don’t panic! The Eagles have also signed another offensive lineman, in the way of former Titans guard, Chance Warmack.

Once touted as one of the best offensive linemen in a long time, and one of the strongest talents in the 2013 Draft, Warmack entered free agency as someone who had failed to live up to such an incredible expectation. The 26-year old right guard started his career brightly, but injuries have forced him to miss a total of 16 games since being drafted in the first round.

With plenty of upside, the main concern for Warmack is durability. The former Alabama lineman tore a tendon in his middle finger during week 2 and had season-ending surgery as a result..only further cementing those concerns for the Titans, who opted against picking up his fifth-year option.

The Eagles have reportedly opted to retain veteran Allen Barbre for the time being, but with depth at the offensive line being so crucial for the Eagles in 2016, signing a player who fits the low-risk, high-reward mould perfectly is certainly not a bad idea.
