The Eagles have made another minor roster move, this time signing former NDSU fullback, Andrew Bonnet.

Bonnet joined the Eagles prior to the start of last season and actually made the team’s initial ten-man practice squad. He spent five weeks with the practice squad before being waived. However, he not only has experience with the Eagles as a team, but also two individuals.
A former NDSU teammate of Carson Wentz and C.J Smith, Bonnet also has experience at Tight end. As a senior, Bonnet made nine starts, playing in all 15 games, receiving for three touchdowns and 105 yards.
There was a lot of hype surrounding the potential inclusion of a fullback this season, but we never saw a long-term solution at the position, nor did we really see it truly implemented on a regular basis. Bonnet will be hoping to become the third NDSU alumni on the Eagles roster as he fights for a spot in Training camp.
