Nearly a week has passed since Keanu Neal delivered a sickening helmet-to-helmet blow to Jordan Matthews..a hit that went unpunished and unseen by the officials. However, the NFL have taken action against the Falcons Safety.

A $24,309 fine is a significant one..and understandably so. Neal addressed the hit and insisted that he isn’t a dirty player, while Matthews simply took pride in the win and acknowledged that the NFL would most likely deal with it later..which they now have

The Eagles move on to face the Seattle Seahawks this weekend..but Matthews has been listed as questionable due to back spasms.
