It’s been a frantic Monday for the Philadelphia Eagles..as the team have now confirmed two roster moves after the season ending injury sustained by Ron Brooks. The birds placed Brooks on injured reserve..and have made corresponding moves to fill the vacancy on the 53-man roster.

As we reported earlier, the Eagles have brought back CFL star and preseason standout Aaron Grymes, who had previously been waived with an injury settlement.
A slightly more surprising move however, is the re-signing of former Eagles DT Taylor Hart. The Eagles had shopped him on the Trade Block during the offseason and later waived him, only for Chip Kelly to take him to San Francisco. Hart was then waived by the Niners and as Jimmy Kempski adequately put it, the tug-of-war has begun.

The Eagles will roll with four cornerbacks against the Cowboys and instead fill the vacant spot on the roster with some help at DT. Beau Allen and Destiny Vaeao have stood in for Bennie Logan so far, but some extra reenforcement certainly won’t hurt..especially against the Dallas O-Line.
McKelvin (who has been battling injury all season), Carroll, Mills and undrafted rookie C.J Smith will fly the flag for the cornerback corps..but Grymes, who stood out in Training Camp will be eagerly waiting in the wings.
