According to numerous NFL Insiders, the recently speculated trade between the Vikings and the Eagles for Sam Bradford has come to fruition.

In a surprising move, the Eagles have traded quarterback Sam Bradford, months after signing him to a two-year extension.

In return, Philadelphia (who are hosting the 2017 NFL Draft) receive a first round pick and a 2018 fourth rounder, regaining some of the assets given up in order to draft Carson Wentz.

Bradford will join the NFC North Champions and reunite with former Oklahoma Sooner Adrian Peterson. A year after setting numerous single-season Eagles records and throwing for 3,725 yards and 19 touchdowns, the former first overall pick will start for the Vikings in place of the injured Teddy Bridgewater.

We will have full analysis and updates coming soon.
