After being cut by the Eagles in May, it looks like McLeod Bethel-Thompson is going to be back for training camp.

The addition of “MBT” would mean that the Eagles roster is maxed out heading into Training camp, following the recent reported signings of Don Cherry and Nick Perry.
Bethel-Thompson has bounced around the NFL throughout his career.
San Jose SaberCats -2011
San Francisco 49ers -2011
Sacramento Mountain Lions-2011
Miami Dolphins -2011
Minnesota Vikings -2012
San Francisco 49ers -2013
New England Patriots -2014
Minnesota Vikings -2014
Miami Dolphins -2014
Los Angeles Kiss -2015
San Francisco 49ers -2015
His most recent NFL action came when The Dolphins rested their starters in the final pre-season game of 2015, handing the reigns over to the journeyman. Bethel-Thompson’s impressive third-quarter drive up the field was cut short by an interception that was returned for 98 yards by Khaseem Greene. Thompson was pulled from the game almost immediately and ended 11/16, 2 INT, 127 yards.
He also had some pre-season experience with the Vikings.
The chances of Bethel-Thompson making the final 53-man roster are slim to none at this stage, with the Eagles already having Sam Bradford, Chase Daniel and Carson Wentz on their team. But still, it’s another opportunity for the man consistently compared to Blaine Gabbert to prove he has what it takes to perform at the NFL level.
