The team announced that they have signed former Jets punter Ryan Quigley to a one-year contract. The 26 year old will join Donnie Jones as the second punter on the Eagles 90-man roster.
Quigley was signed by the Chicago Bears in 2012 after going undrafted before signing with the Jets a year later.
