Three Eagles miss first practice under Pat Shurmur

The Eagles have released their first injury report since the firing of Chip Kelly and we can confirm nobody was absent with a broken heart. However whilst this is is essentially a game of no consequence, there is a lot at stake including a trip to London and a higher draft pick and the Eagles may be going into their final game of the year shorthanded.

Three players missed todays activities, that’s three less than yesterday which is always a good sign. An even better sign is that the three who were sidelined have become predictable by now so there’s no added disadvantage or injury worries for the rest of the team.

Byron Maxwell, Bennie Logan and Seyi Ajirotutu were the players in question and with Chip now out of the question, it will be interesting to see if these players do eventually end up on IR to free up some last minute roster space.

Both Jaylen Watkins and Josh Huff returned today after a spontaneous absence with no real reason as to why on Tuesday which is always good to hear.
