Opening three MLS games for Philadelphia Union in 2016 announced

The dawn of the new MLS season may still seem some way off but the excitement levels have never been higher. With some new faces behind the scenes and no doubt some new faces on the field the Union will certainly be interesting to watch throughout 2016.

The new staff however will have a very testing first few weeks as the opening games have been revealed on MLS.com.

Week one: (March 6) FC Dallas vs. Philadelphia Union (Toyota Stadium)

Week two: (March 12) Columbus Crew SC vs. Philadelphia Union (MAPFRE Stadium)

Week three: (March 19) Philadelphia Union vs. New England Revolution (Talen Energy Stadium)

The Union don’t play their first game at the newly renamed Talen Energy stadium until week 3 against the Revs but facing the MLS Cup runners up just days before is going to be a tough task.
