In the 2015 NFL Supplemental Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select…

NOBODY. (Waits for the shocking news to sink in)

The 2015 NFL Supplemental Draft took place today and everybody knew that this was the most important draft of the year. With a whopping seven eligible draft prospects up for grabs, who knew what might have happened? One, two, or even three players might have been selected…(can you detect the sarcasm?)

But at the end of the draft, predictably only one player was selected. That man was Clemson Tackle Isaiah Battle. Battle joins Nick Foles in St. Louis this season as the remaining six prospects are now deemed as undrafted free agents.

BUT this means one thing….it’s the first NFL event of the year where Chip Kelly hasn’t shaken the NFL to its core! Whilst the seven players available for selection weren’t exactly appealing to the Eagles, you can never write the coach off. But, Kelly elected to pass his pick, meaning that he may well be fully content with his players. Does this mean that’s the last of the off-season shocks?
