In case you were unable to head to today’s Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl parade, or just want to relive some of the incredible highs and chaotic events from Friday’s celebration, we’ve created your ultimate guide to the teams’ remarkable gathering in the heart of the City.

Fans poured onto the streets in the early hours of Friday morning, lining the roads in anticipation of their beloved Birds parading the Lombardi Trophy once again. It didn’t take long for the fun to begin. From police officers running their own iteration of the ‘Tush Push’, to fans cheering busses filled with other random fans, it was certainly a day to remember.

Howie Roseman stole the show before even getting to the stage. The esteemed GM sported a cut at the top of his head after what many assume to be a clash with a beer can. After smoking a cigar in what might go down as one of the coldest pictures of the entire day, Roseman took to the stage outside the Art Museum to tell fans he ‘BLEEDS for this city’, and he meant it quite literally.

The Eagles soar down Broad Street

The players had their fair share of wholesome moments. Zack Baun signed someone’s baby, while Nolan Smith lifted a small child atop his shoulders while walking down and greeting ecstatic fans.

Saquon Barkley found one of the teams’ ball boys in the crowd, lifting him over the barrier and inviting him into the parade with the rest of the team. As soon as you think you can’t love that man any more, he finds yet another new way to make you smile from ear to ear.

Dallas Goedert shotgunned a beer in front of the fans, which became a common theme for the day.

Quinyon Mitchell was particularly excitable, screaming ‘GO EAGLES’ into the microphone of a Fox 29 reporter. James Bradberry played a great veteran role in running over to keep things moderately tame, but there was no stopping Landon Dickerson’s passion…

The dominant lineman would go on to drop the speech of the day, stating how he’s ‘never played an away game in his whole career’, attesting to the passion of the travelling Eagles fans.

Other notable quotes

A.J Brown’s speech to the City of Philadelphia was a sensational one. He gave the World a ‘mic drop’ moment, reminding everyone about the criticisms he’s faced since signing with the team.

They said I was a diva. They said all I care about was stats. Well, if you’re gonna say all those things, get one thing right… I’m a f**king champion!’

The ‘Exciting Whites’ took to the stage with hefty applause and to the backdrop of ‘dreams and nightmares’. I don’t think the Eagles can ever break that tandem up now…

Jalen Hurts was the man of the moment and who a lot fans couldn’t wait to hear from. After returning from his Disney World trip and seeing the iconic ‘LOVE’ statue be upgraded with a ‘,Hurts’ feature, the Super Bowl MVP greeted fans warmly before stating how he promised himself he wouldn’t visit the Rocky steps until he won a championship. He can safely tick that one off the bucket list.

The Super Bowl parade wouldn’t be complete without a little chaos from CJGJ!

And of course, the iconic Eagles fanbase was out in full force, draping the streets in kelly green and showing their passion for the team in some brilliant ways:

We also want to send our thoughts to those impacted by the shootings at today’s Super Bowl parade. It’s absolutely heartbreaking that this took place on such a magical day. According to USA Today, both women were taken to the hospital and were described as stable.
