There have been so many fascinating storylines during the 2024 regular season. The Eagles paid big money for the running back position and became the number-one rushing team in the NFL! Transitioning from Jason Kelce to Cam Jurgens without a definitive drop-off has been nothing short of amazing to witness. How and where would Mekhi Becton fit into the offensive line?

One thing is for sure: Offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland deserves to be the assistant coach of the year or most valuable coach. He deserves to win something; maybe the Super Bowl will suffice.

How new Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio would transform the defense was a much-discussed topic during the summer, and he provided the answer post-bye week.

There were so many stories and even more stats. A remarkable 14–3 season is in the books, and they provided many mind-blowing numbers on their march to the post-season!

0- The number of wins the New York Giants had against the Eagles and the entire NFC East during the season. This is the first time they have not won any divisional games. It was fun to see the Eagles provide them with the record.

1– The Eagles finished first in their division, first in total defense, first in rushing attempts (3048 yards), and first in time of possession.

2– games played by Eagles third-string QB Tanner McKee. He finished with 4 TDs, 323 passing yards, and a 117.2 passer rating.

3- The amount of games AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Dallas Goedert played in the same game during the regular season. All three are expected to play in the Wild Card game.

4– seasons in a row, Eagles Head Coach Nick Sirianni has led the team to the playoffs. This season’s 14–3 record ties a franchise record for the most wins. The Eagles have been in the playoffs every season he has coached in Philadelphia!

5- Jalen Hurt’s rank in the NFL in rushing TDs. He finished with 14 despite missing the final two games of the season.

6- Chauncey Gardner-Johnson’s team-leading interception total. He may be the NFL’s most annoying player, but his presence in the backfield has been a welcomed addition.

7- NFL pass attempts for Tanner McKee to throw three touchdowns! He has 4 TDs in six quarters.

8– The Eagle’s defense finished in the NFL in fewest passing touchdowns allowed, with 22. (1.29 a game)

9– The amount of rushing TDs allowed by the Eagles defense. (2nd best in the NFL)

10- pressures were allowed by Lane Johnson the entire season! (he played 937 snaps, 451 were pass blocking) He also did not allow a single sack, per PFF. Can we stop wanting to draft his replacement every off-season?
