The Kansas City Chiefs are still favorites to win the Super Bowl this season and it’s not hard to see why. They are still unbeaten, maintaining a 9-0 record coming into this weekend after digging deep to beat the Broncos. If they were to win the Super Bowl again this year, the Chiefs would become the first EVER team to win 3 consecutive Lombardi Trophies.
The Lions and Ravens are tucked in behind, but Baltimore has a resurgent Steelers team to worry about. This could allow them some extra flexibility as the season draws to a close in order to keep players fresh for the playoffs and is absolutely something worth noting (although, much to the dismay of fantasy players).
So, with such a stacked field of contenders, why should you bet on the Eagles to win the Super Bowl in 2024?
After a bumpy start, the Eagles are really heating up. With 6 wins in a row and a friendly schedule ahead, the path to reclaiming the NFC East title is clear, especially after dethroning the Commanders on Thursday Night. The defense is only getting better and we all know the star-power that lies on the offensive side of the ball.
Having made the playoffs in each of the last 3 seasons under Nick Sirianni, the Eagles is are in search of their second Lombardi Trophy, and if they can avoid self-inflicted wounds that plagued them earlier in the year, not many teams can go band for band with the talent this roster has across the board.
The Eagles have the best team in the division and proved that with a huge win over Washington.
