Can’t find the Flyers game but need to watch the hockey action? If you are over the age of 21, you are in luck with the newly announced Orange & Black On Tap Bar Network. These selected locations are guaranteed to show every game including game-day drink specials. Throw in some exclusive Flyers swag and that’s a game-day score!
The Philadelphia Flyers and Yuengling Brewery Company are bringing the Flyers party to fans around the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey area with a brand new partnership. Select bars in the Tri-State area will serve as a game day destination for every Broad Street Bullies game.
Live Flyers Road Game Watch Parties
The affiliation between the Flyers and Yuengling aims to give hockey fans a place to watch their favorite franchise with like-minded hockey friends bringing a small part of the in-arena atmosphere to bar locations in Black & Orange territory. Neon signs and exclusive team and Yuengling swag such as custom pint glasses, beer buckets, and other items will remind visiting fans they are firmly in Hockey country as the Philadelphia hockey club hunts its next win.
During the season, the franchise will have a presence at events during several live away-game watch parties at selected bars. Team personalities, the Ice Team, games, giveaways, and “other surprises” will be available at these unique events. The first watch party is scheduled for 12/10/24 at Maggie’s Waterfront Cafe at 9242 N. Delaware Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. Each bar has a different game-day special with Maggie’s being $3.50 Lager & Flight Draft beer available during Flyers games. Additional road game watch parties are expected to be announced by the team throughout the season.
The initial group of bars and restaurants in the Flyers Orange & Black On Tap Bar network features three New Jersey bars, two Delaware eateries, and 18 Pennsylvania locations. There is an interactive map online to find the nearest Flyers bar location to your location.
Pennsylvania Destinations
With 18 bar locations in Southeastern PA, there is not enough space to list all the addresses for these wonderful Flyers partners spread throughout the Philly viewing area. Four bars in the city partner with the Flyers under the new initiative as New Deck Tavern, Oscar’s Tavern, Bonner’s Pub, and Maggie’s Waterfront Cafe will feature the Flyers game-day specials.
Outside the city limits, all four PA-based MaGerk’s Pub locations in Fort Washington, Horsham, Royersford, and Lionsville will house Flyers watch parties. Whitpain Tavern in Blue Bell, Casey’s Tavern in Qauakertown, Eddington House Tavern in Bensalem, and Skyline Bar in Chalfont are a few other participating locations.
The Philadelphia Flyers realize the hockey network is vast with locations with Liones Pizzaria in Downingtown, Barnaby’s in Havertown, and The Paddock in Allentown providing venues a bit further from Wells Fargo Center where fans can gather for hockey games. Finally, Reading, PA receives two locations in The Pike Cafe and Brewer’s Bar and Grill for Flyers supporters to enjoy the great game of hockey together.
South Jersey & Delaware Locations
Conveniently located right off the New Jersey Turnpike, Dominics Tavern can be found at 100 E Browning Road in Bellmawr, NJ. Two locations well known for tasty wings will now have the chance to officially host Flyers fans as Pic-A-Lilli Inn at 966 Rt. 206 in Shamong, NJ, and Jug Handle Inn on Route 73 in Cinnaminson, NJ.
The two designated locations for Orange & Black On Tap Bar Network in The First State are Grotto Pizza and Home Base Bar & Grill. Grotto’s Pizza is located at 1819 Pennsylvania Ave. in Wilmington. Located next to the Concord Mall, Home Base Bar and Grill can be found at 4723 Concord Pike in Wilmington, DE.
