Steelers vs Giants: This week’s Monday Night Football matchup positions the over-performing Steelers against the under-performing Giants. With just 2 wins on the year, the NFC East is still wide open, but a win against the mighty Pittsburgh defense is certainly needed to keep slim playoff hopes alive.

Spread: Pittsburgh Steelers -6 | New York Giants +6
Moneyline: Pittsburgh Steelers -245 | New York Giants +200
Total: Over/Under 36.5
Devin Singletary under 32.5 rushing yards -110
Devin Singletary’s effectiveness in New York has been sporadic up to this point. While his carries have consistently been above 10 per game, Tyrone Tracy has started to eat into those snaps over recent weeks. Facing the 2nd rank Pittsburgh run-defense is going to be a challenge and one that could see the run-game suffocated as a result. Singletary only had 5 carries last week and if that trend continues, this total could very safely fall under 30 yards.
Najee Harris over 62.5 rushing yards -110
With back-to-back 100+ rushing yard games, Najee Harris is heating up at just the right time for the Steelers. The Giants rank 25th against the Run and were decimated by Saquon Barkley last week in what could’ve easily been a career-game had it not been for a late decision to pull the starters. You can flirt the alternative total up to whatever you feel comfortable with, but I’m going to keep things simple here to give the SGP a higher chance of landing.
Daniel Jones over 200.5 passing yards +125
The Steelers’ pass defense has been nowhere near as good as their run-stopping efforts, and if they are able to suffocate the Giants’ backfield, then this is going to force Daniel Jones to lock in on Malik Nabers and company early on, especially if possession time is minimal and they’re playing from behind. This could lead to an inflated total to the otherwise underwhelming quarterback.
Pat Freirmuth anytime TD +285
Let’s spice things up a little. Freirmuth might only have 2 touchdowns on the year, and the Giants are yet to allow a touchdown to a Tight End this season, but this is the perfect game to spread the ball around and really kill New York’s time of possession. I think Freirmuth is going to get plenty of red-zone looks today if the Steelers continue to drive into enemy territory on the back of Harris.
