Building a HUGE +1200 Same Game Parlay for Buccaneers vs Falcons
Sterling Shepard over 23.5 receiving yards
The former New York wideout caught 3 of 5 passes for 51 yards against the Eagles last week after being activated from the practice squad. There is a cluster of minor injuries at the wideout position and Shepard has now been called to the main group as a result.
On top of that, the Falcons have given up the 10th most yards to slot wideouts this season. Not only has Shepard immediately produced for the Bucs, but he now faces a team that is leaky when defending shiftier wideouts over the middle. I like this line.
Bijan Robinson over 26.5 receiving yards -115
The second-year running back is already right at home in the NFL. Robinson has built on his rookie campaign by posting some stellar numbers to start 2024 and he’s being used prominently in the pass-attack, something that was rarely the case in 2023.
Robinson has recorded 4+ receptions in 3 of the first 4 games this season and with the Bucs’ pass-rush coming off of a 6-sack outing against Philly, a release valve could be something that Kirk Cousins would benefit from early and often.
Baker Mayfield over 225 passing yards +110
Baker Mayfield is finding a new lease of life in Tampa Bay. His 347-yard game against the Eagles was a real statement and while he did struggle in the two weeks prior, he faced two very good defenses. Atlanta ranks right in the heart of the pack against the pass and the Bucs have already shown how lethal they can be when Baker has time to throw. This should be a fairly attainable total for the charismatic QB.
Mike Evans anytime TD +125
Mike Evans might be one of the most consistently underrated wideouts in football. He has 3 scores to his name this season and has drawn 6+ targets in 3 of his last 4. With the receiving corps limited, we can expect another surge in traffic on Thursday night and a higher probability that the veteran finds the endzone.
