The Philadelphia Eagles have released their first official injury report ahead of the 2024 NFL season. With the game against Green Bay now just days away, the good news is that the team comes into the matchup with a clean bill of health.

While there are 4 players listed on the injury report, all were still limited participants. After a Training Camp where minor knocks were aplenty, it’s a relief to see the likes of Mekhi Becton, Tyler Steen, and Chauncey Gardner-Johnson all completely clear ahead of the season-opener against Green Bay.

The Eagles did suffer a few losses when making roster cuts. James Bradberry and Albert Okwuegbunam both hit the IR list and Sydney Brown is still recovering from his torn ACL. However, the roster is as healthy as it could be ahead of Friday night’s clash.

The Packers are in a similar spot. They have 5 players listed on the injury report including LB Edgerrin Cooper and WR Romeo Doubs, but only one missed practice. That man is RB Marshawn Lloyd, who narrowly avoided an IR placement himself. The rookie running back figures to be in a rotational role behind Josh Jacobs, so he was never going to be in-line for a huge chunk of snaps, but a questionable status for week 1 could make a tough mission that much harder for the former Raiders rusher.

The Eagles and Packers will lock horns in São Paulo on Friday at 8:15PM EST.
