The Philadelphia 76ers regular season schedule for the upcoming NBA season dropped on Thursday. The only matchups that remain unknown are two games the Sixers will play in December, which are decided by the second annual NBA Cup.

Here is the team’s entire 2024-25 schedule, per the Philadelphia 76ers:

Oct. 30: Tobias Harris returns to Philadelphia with his young upstart Detroit Pistons. Even for a Wednesday night against a lowly team, look for the boo birds to be constant and loud.

Nov. 4-8: The Sixers’ first road trip out West is seemingly much earlier in the schedule than in years past. They take on the Suns before traveling to Los Angeles, where Paul George will play his first game against his former team, the Clippers, in their brand-new Intuit Dome. They end the road trip with a matchup against LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and the Lakers.

Nov. 12: The Sixers host the New York Knicks in the first meeting since the Knicks dispatched the Sixers in last year’s playoffs. This will also be the team’s first look at Mikal Bridges in a Knick uniform. This is the first game of NBA Cup Group Play.

The Sixers’ other Group Play games are on the road against the Magic on Nov. 15, the Hornets on Dec. 3, and at home against the Nets on Nov. 22.

Nov. 24: The Sixers welcome back James Harden as the Clippers come to town for a nice Sunday evening showdown.

Dec. 23: Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs come to town looking for revenge after what Joel Embiid did to them last year, dropping 70 points. Wemby will have some more help now with adding Chris Paul to elevate their offense. With Embiid besting Wembanyama in the Olympic Gold Medal game, could we see a rivalry start to brew?

Dec. 25: The Sixers earned themselves a Christmas Day game. There is a bit of coal in the stocking, though, as they must travel to Boston to face the defending champion Celtics for the first time.

Dec. 28 – Jan. 4: Including the Celtics game, the Sixers embark on their first or two six-game road trips- their two longest of the season. They will play the Jazz, Trail Blazers, Kings, Warriors, and Nets. Steph Curry is still at the top of his game and is now leading a retooled Warriors roster that sees former Sixer De’Anthony Melton in line to be his starting backcourt mate. This will also be the Sixers’ first look at DeMar DeRozan in a Kings uniform.

Jan. 21: The vaunted Denver game. Will Joel Embiid play in Mile High, or will it be another year of disingenuous nonsense on social media circulating around his availability for one game?

Jan. 28: LeBron James and the Lakers visit Philadelphia. How many more times Sixers fans get to see The King grace their presence is the question.

Jan. 29 – February 5: Kings. Nuggets. Celtics. Mavericks. Heat. All at home. Sounds fun.

Feb. 26: The Sixers head to Madison Square Garden for their first trip to New York to visit the Knicks.

March 10: The first meeting of the year between the Sixers and the Hawks and the top selection in the 2024 draft, Zaccherie Risacher.

April 1-7: The Sixers face a late-season gauntlet on the road against the Knicks, home for the Bucks and Timberwolves, and back on the road to face the Heat.

April 13: The final regular season game against the Bulls at home.

The team will have to be diligent about managing 15 back-to-backs, but excitement is in the air for Paul George’s first season with the Sixers. Bring on the Bucks!
