Utah is a team that should not be overlooked. They brought a dominant rushing attack to the table that was supported by a run defense just as imposing. Kyle Whittingham has made this team a real force to be reckoned with and the only reason this team isn’t among the elite to win the PAC 12 is because QB Cameron Rising will miss the start of the year. The good news is this team is strong enough to temporarily roll without him, giving bettors a discount.

Oregon State is the first team priced over +1000 but they shouldn’t be overlooked. The Beavers had the best defense in the conference last season and will now be quarterbacked by D.J Uiagalelei, who threw for 22 touchdowns and 7 picks last year at Clemson. They have a favorable schedule, a deep roster, and a clear upward trajectory. This could be a very profitable bet.
