The Eagles quarterback just keeps on winning. It was announced on Monday that Jalen Hurts has officially partnered with the Jordan brand.
Jalen Hurts joins the Jordan brand
As far as great players to endorse the Jordan brand go, you won’t find many more compatible than Jalen Hurts. He wore Jordan cleats during all 18 appearances last year, including in the Super Bowl. He also wore Jordan cleats during his collegiate years.
Now the face of the Philadelphia Eagles franchise after an MVP-Caliber season, the Oklahoma product is entering his first year of a new $255M contract extension.
Hurts follows in the footsteps of Donovan McNabb, who was the first ever NFL Quarterback to sign with the iconic brand, according to Aaron Dobson of Andscape, who broke the story.
The young star now joins the likes of Davante Adams and Deebo Samuel as Jordan athletes in a move that is symbolic of not only how Hurts is regarded throughout the various industries linked with the NFL, but just how marketable he is. Hurts is now partnered with a brand he’s worn for years and one recognized by fans globally.
Congratulations to Jalen, Klutch Sports, and the Jordan brand!
