Morgan Burkett – Agholor Silences the Rumors

It seems as though Nelson Agholor has fought off trade/cut rumors his entire career, and this offseason has been no different. But Morgan Burkett sees 2019 as the year Agholor’s hard work pays off big time. He predicts Agholor will lead the team in receiving yards.

Last season, Agholor was third on the team with 736 receiving yards. It would be an uphill climb to surpass Jeffery, Ertz, and Jackson for yardage, but he’s been working extremely hard this offseason to up his game and has been training with some guy named Randy Moss:

With Agholor set to make $9.4 million in the final year of his contract, he’s set on getting himself a massive pay raise next year.

David Malandra Jr – Sanders Shows Off

The Eagles don’t have a strong recent history of playing their rookies much, but David Malandra Jr believes Miles Sanders will force Doug Pederson to include him in the game plan more often and rush for 1,000 yards.

Not only does he believe Sanders will break the 1,000 yard mark, he thinks he’ll do so while rushing for ten touchdowns.

In college, Sanders only rushed for 1,000+ yards once, his final season at Penn State. Prior to that, he had a combined 374 yards in two seasons. To be fair, he was backing up stud running back Saquon Barkley for those two years.

With not much wear and tear on the body, Sanders might he ready to show in his rookie year that he’s not just some player who was in Barkley’s shadow. If David’s prediction comes true, look for Sanders’ name to be talked about heavily in the Rookie of the Year discussion.
